Whaleback is set to open for the season on Saturday, December 18th and to celebrate their opening they are offering a huge deal where you can ski all weekend long (yep, all weekend, Saturday AND Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) for $15!!! They offer terrain for all skiing and boarding abilities right here in Enfield (I-89, exit 16) and their lift tickets are a deal, $15-40! Whaleback offers a number of youth programs as well as private and group lessons-
The Pre-K Lesson Program is a five or eight week program designed to instruct young children to skiing and riding while having fun. One coach and one coach in training is typically assigned to each group of five so that the kids get the individual attention they deserve. A minimum of 3 children are needed for each group to run and the price includes lift ticket. Program begins January 4th. Complete information and registration forms can be found on their website.
After School Program registration is going on now and these programs begin the first week in January. Consult your school or Whaleback for complete details and schedules. These programs are open to ages 5 and up.
Zero Gravity Vacation Camps are available for ages 5 and up, all abilities, for both December and February vacations and offer flexible scheduling to help out working parents. Choose from 3 or 5 day programs with half or full day options including an early morning drop off with breakfast. Structured routine for each day, including instruction on the slopes, activities, fun and much more. What a great way to spend winter time vacations!
